Bere Regis Sports Club has a well-equipped clubhouse and excellent outdoor facilities at the heart of the village. We welcome enquiries for private hire and community use throughout the year, subject to availability.

Hire Terms & Conditions
The following general conditions apply to all hire bookings. Full hire terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
- All bookings are subject to committee approval and availability.
- A refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the date.
- Hirers are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and for leaving the venue in a clean and tidy condition.
- The sale of alcohol is subject to the club licence; unauthorised external alcohol is not permitted.
- Noise levels must remain reasonable and comply with local guidelines, particularly after 11pm.
- Hire of outdoor sports facilities is subject to the groundskeeping and maintenance schedule.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- The club reserves the right to refuse hire at its discretion.
