Bere Regis Sports Club is a registered charity and volunteer-run community hub at the heart of Bere Regis village. Membership supports our sports sections, maintains our facilities and helps fund junior development, social events and the upkeep of the recreation ground and clubhouse.

Membership Categories & Fees
Annual membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. Fees are reviewed annually by the committee. The current membership year fees are set out below.

How to Join
Joining is straightforward. Follow the steps below to become a member of Bere Regis Sports Club.
Step 1 — Get in Touch

Step 2 — Complete a Form
A short membership form is available at the clubhouse or by email. Junior members will require a parent or guardian signature.
Step 3 — Pay Your Fee
Payment can be made in person at the clubhouse or by bank transfer. Details provided on request.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods for membership fees and match subscriptions.
Cash
Accepted in person at the clubhouse during bar opening hours or at club events.
Bank Transfer
BACS payment to the club bank account. Details provided on request — please use your name and membership type as the reference.

Juniors & Safeguarding:
All junior members must have a parent or guardian complete the registration form. Coaches and volunteers hold FA / ECB qualifications and DBS clearance. See our

Club Governance
The club is governed by its Constitution, which is reviewed and adopted at the Annual General Meeting. All members are bound by its provisions.
